This Senai batching plant will cater to the niche market which will move it away from
the Red Ocean competition. It will supply concrete mainly to the precast market which
give much higher profit margin but The precaster demands good quality and prompt service
which few can provide consistently. It shall be located in areas with high concentration
of Precast manufacturers such as in Senai-Seelong and Pekan Nanas, Ulu Choh areas.
Senai-Seelong batching plant shall achieve the goals of quality, service and profitability.

Each plant shall be MS & SS EN206 Certified which will ensure the production of
quality products and services. ISO practice will be introduced to ensure consistent
SOP during manufacturing process. Collaboration with governmental authority on
promotion of good management practice and quality concrete shall be a consideration.
Video clips will be run frequently in new social media such as Tik Tok, Facebook and Instragram.

All staffs will be trained, guided and access periodically to ensure personal individual growth,
enhance commitment and competency as a way to increase company productivity.
